Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Student Code Creation and Modification
· Create Student Codes in NSE, the teaching platform, to ensure the Student Code is available and activated before the Courses start.
· Update information relating to Student Code in NSE for contract modification requests, such as revising starting date, revising start level, changing study center, inputting suspension request, inputting course extension, etc.
· Validate information and perform related update in HubSpot, CRM platform, relating to Student Contracts.
· Check, monitor, manage the storage of the signed Student Contracts and other related contract documents as e-document process management.
· Prepare the student code creation and modification related reports from NSE and HubSpot and collaborate with Services and Sales Teams to follow up the pending cases and escalates the long-outstanding cases.
2. Sales support related tasks
· Perform promotion registration with Commercial Department monthly.
· Check and validate Student Contracts which are eligible and meet conditions for promotion program.
· Prepare the promotion reports and collaborate with Services and Sales Teams to follow up the pending cases and escalates the long-outstanding cases.
