I. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop and deploy Generative AI models to create visual designs, including text and labels in multiple languages.

- Accurately reproduce the structure and layout of product packaging, and create text such as product names, logos, slogans, descriptions, nutritional information in accordance with the regulations and culture of each selected country.

- Ensure that the AI ​​system is capable of creating designs that meet aesthetic requirements and are harmonious in terms of colors and featured images.

- Optimize AI models to ensure text is displayed clearly, is easy to read, and has beautiful, natural fonts.

- Integrate legal information on packaging such as nutritional information, origin, barcode, complying with legal regulations in the host country.

- Collaborate with other design and development teams to ensure Generative AI meets project-specific requirements.

I. JOB REQUIREMENTS

-        University graduate majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

-        1-3 experienced engineers in model development, RAG, etc.

-        Experience in using AI to create designs or documents that comply with cultural requirements and legal regulations.

-        Priority is given to candidates who can read and understand Japanese and have experience in creating content or designing for the Japanese market.

-        Proficient in Generative AI algorithms and models such as GANs, Transformer, Diffusion Models.

-        Experience working with popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.

-        Ability to work well in teams and coordinate with other departments.

-        Problem solving and creative thinking skills in developing AI solutions.

-        Effective communication and presentation skills.
