***New staffs will join in training course for 2 months
Main tasks
- To manage and maintain the international network through the monitoring system
- To be responsible for basic troubleshooting by cooperation with Global Partner Carrier
- To receive and feedback inquiries from customer
- Any other customer support
Working time: work in shifts, ~ 40 hours/week
- Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
Staffs will have break time
Salary
- Start from 400 USD - 500 USD (Entry Level)
- Overtime payment
