o In charge of Classic Corners:
- Maintaining and growing Corners
- Listing new items
- Forecast/ Order progress.
- Promotions plan
- Decorations/ Display
- Tool list/ Expense monthly optimization
- Reporting: Inventory/ daily sales speed/Return/ Sample W.O to SM
o Make the plan for training & coaching Corners staff.
o Manage and monitor Corners staff activities, making sure they complete tasks according to the schedule.
o Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management.
o Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, and delivery time
o Support the accounting department to expel the debt, only the responsibility when the customer has paid off.
o Checking KPI and performance of Corners staff
o Make reports by the Manager.
o Make sure to complete following the working plan, and send reports on time.
