Supervision of Sanitation Services, Pest Control, and Greenery in the Factory
Monitor and verify work schedules for each category, ensuring a clean, beautiful, and green landscape.
Control services quality, promptly address difficulties affecting services quality through comprehensive factory inspections. Conduct weekly inspections and address any issues.
Prepare reports based on job categories.
Regularly hold meetings with all suppliers to listen, provide feedback, and make adjustments for the best services at our factory.
Manage and update records related to services (service staff lists, relevant certifications, health records of subcontractor staff, chemical lists, usage information, subcontractor staff training records, periodic subcontractor reports, etc.) to ensure service activities comply with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 processes.
Verify work logs, acceptance minutes, invoices, and payments to suppliers on a monthly basis.
Control and update accounting expenses as needed on a monthly basis.
Organize Factory Tours for Visitors
Receive factory tour requests from external departments and internal sections within the factory.
Introduce and guide tour groups according to the factory’s program.
Collaborate with the bar manager to prepare for tours.
Maintain tour records and update them as necessary.
Archive and update visual and video materials related to events for both external and internal purposes.
Factory Administrative Costs
Timely verify and reconcile expense records, make payments to suppliers (such as landscaping services, pest control, and cafeteria services).
Temporarily advance administrative costs and process related expenses to support departments, then reconcile with the accounting department.
Plan reasonable monthly and annual expenditures.
Ability to forecast costs for the following year and compare and identify discrepancies in monthly administrative costs.
Organize Factory Programs and Events, Including Tours
Plan and coordinate regular programs within the factory, including:
Happy hours, town hall meetings, year-end parties, sports events, farewells, and welcomes.
Away days, family days, women’s days, and commemorative celebrations.
Tet charity events.
Establish contact with suppliers and relevant authorities (if applicable) and coordinate logistics.
Process payments to suppliers, track expenses, and update records as needed.
Archive and update visual and video materials related to events for both external and internal purposes.
Factory Hygiene and Safety Evaluation System
Collaborate with the TPM department and production units to plan and implement regular monthly evaluations within the factory.
Compile data from the evaluation system and maintain monthly reports.
Address technical errors in the evaluation system for participating evaluators.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel). Successful candidates will be required to learn Power BI for job-related tasks.
English communication skills: intermediate level
Experience
Prefer candidate with previous experience working in manufacturing companies.
Equivalent position with at least 1 - 2 years of experience.
Note
Willing to perform outdoor inspections for sanitation services, greenery, and pest control. Also, for outdoor events and short-term projects such as quarterly meetings at the factory and groundbreaking ceremonies.
Outdoor inspections are conducted weekly, with each inspection lasting 60-90 minutes.
