Develop and implement trade marketing initiatives according to the marketing calendar for the MT channel.
Measure and report on ASMPQ (Availability, Shelf, Merchandising, Price, and Quality) to improve market share.
Promotion and Trade Activities (60%)
Execute sales promotion programs to drive revenue and profit growth.
Collect market information on competitor products and promotions.
Produce and manage the quality control of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and gifts with suppliers.
Create guidelines for the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of marketing and activation programs.
Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Execute JBP (Joint Business Planning) activities with customers.
Internal Coordination and Budget Management (10%)
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute trade marketing strategies.
Monitor and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient use of funds.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or MBA preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of trade marketing experience with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and marketing analysis skills.
Experience in MT and on-premise sales.
Ability to build external relationships.
