HRM will be responsible for managing employee and employer relationships, recruitment, training & development, compliance and discipline administration, assisting to define the company culture.
Implement HR Planning Strategies from Directors
Be responsible for recruitment and hiring
Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Work closely with management, leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Collaborate with all functions to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Provide HR policy guidance
Resolve complex employee relations issues
Assist Directors to define and cascade the company culture
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
Other tasks as required.
