- Key Responsibilities:
o Provide consultation and design IT processes and programs tailored to departmental and user needs.
o Suggest and develop new programs and processes to enhance daily work efficiency for users, departments, and the company.
o Develop and execute test scenarios to meet program requirements and user expectations.
o Create training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide user support for all program modules at each site.
o Support the implementation of new software, coordinating with outsourcing companies to achieve user goals during rollouts.
o Be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and further developing the company's existing Microsoft 365 platform.
- Daily Tasks:
o Support, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues related to software, including ERP systems, WMS systems, e-commerce platforms, and other company-wide programs.
o Assist in managing and maintaining all IT infrastructure within the company.
o Collaborate with the Thailand IT Team to support ongoing projects.
o Create reports and perform data analysis on current software and projects as needed.
o Perform other tasks as required by the management and the board of directors.
