I. Financial Analysis & Modeling:

· Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the profitability and risks of potential real estate and hospitality projects.

· Perform financial analyses, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR) calculations.

· Analyse market data and historical performance to inform investment decisions.

· Market Research & Feasibility Studies:

· Conduct market research to assess the feasibility of new projects or investments.

· Prepare feasibility studies that include market demand analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and financial viability.

· Stay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the market.

II. Strategic Planning & Business Support:

· Assist in developing business plans for new projects or initiatives, including financial projections and risk assessments.

· Collaborate with senior management to provide quantitative analysis that supports strategic planning.

· Contribute to the preparation of investment proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

III. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

· Maintain dashboards and reports to track the performance of existing projects and identify trends.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on business development activities.

· Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate the outcomes of completed projects.

IV. Risk Assessment:

· Assist in identifying and assessing potential risks associated with new projects, including financial, market, and operational risks.

· Support the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business development, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sectors.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of spreadsheets and analytical software.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with real estate and hospitality industry metrics, trends, and financial drivers.
