1. Support the project implementation:
- Participate in collecting detailed user’s requirements
- Participate in system integration test and user acceptance test during the implementation
- Implement the preparation activities and trial run on site.
2. Maintain the documents support for IT system:
- Follow and update the user’s manual of application.
- Follow and update the detail process of IT system.
3. Support user on application implementation:
- Monitor, report the incident logs, support data analysis for problem solving.
- Walk with user through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
- Maintain procedures of application and provide workaround support to the operation team.
4. Maintain the application engagement:
- Provide training sessions for user: manual of application, instruction for users
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications on site
- Set up and modify configurations, authority of users in IT applications.
- Monitor and validate data between system and operations to prevent the mis-engagement.
5. Provide the innovation and improvement point:
- Walkthrough with user to understand the detailed operation process.
- Provide insight user’s requirement to entire team get into technical requirements.
- Participate in system test, user acceptance test to provide the techinical improvement.
- Collect and report the demand or need from users.
