· IT technical support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. They may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person
· Provide new e - mail for new employees, controlling and provide email capacity for each member.
· Manage the software of controlling system, report in time and prevent the damage due to violate the confidential information system.
· Support related department in installing and running software under company regulation: servers (on-prems, Cloud), firewalls, domain, email, hosting website, camera...
· Control effectively the cost relating to the IT operation
. Propose the plan to improve the operation with the most saving cost.
- Knowledge of D365 to lead the deployment Business Central.
