Job Functions:

* Support IT setup in terms of hardware, software, network, telephone, CCTV etc

* Maintain database of equipment and software.

* Support users for troubleshooting daily IT issues, proactively suggest to IT Manager solutions to fix future system/network issue or suggest systems/network upgrade with reasonable cost.

* Working with IT vendor in terms of warranty and maintenance IT devices, network infrastructure.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* College’s degree or above in Electronic Information, Computer Science.

* Minumum 3+ years working experience in end user IT support.

* Hands-on experience for setting up LAN/WAN, network device, telephone and CCTV system.

* Work independently with minimal supervision and good team work

* Number of experienced year required: 3 years

* English level: Reading & Writing
