As a Business Development Consultant you will develop and implement sales activities to generate company revenue and profit as well as embrace client journey for value added partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and promote new sales activities (20%)
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Manage lead generation activities based on segmentation focus
- Approach potential clients through various channels with solutions and a consultative selling approach
- Promote the Esoft brand via social media (LinkedIn)
To enhance partnership with clients (70%)
- Conduct business development meetings and key account management meetings
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Be the voice of our clients and address their concerns internally
- Conduct upselling activities
- Constantly refine the value proposition and value adds towards strategic partnership
- Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
To perform other supporting tasks (10%)
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil our deliverables
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Develope rapport with key decision makers
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
- Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings
