Manage the laboratory's day-to-day operations and ensure quality control.
Develop and implement calibration and maintenance procedures for all equipment and instruments.
Draft and publish laboratory regulations, including the lab manual and rules.
Develop and execute testing SOPs that align with customer requirements.
Monitor and control measuring equipment and tools across the company, manage calibration schedules, and ensure equipment accuracy.
Train and supervise laboratory technicians to meet testing proficiency standards.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hold a college or university degree.
Have at least two years of leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
Be proficient in English.
