· Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify and assess training needs across the company.
· Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources, utilizing various formats such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
· Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions to address these gaps.
· Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, business objectives, and industry best practices.
· Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training programs, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure the impact on employee performance and overall organizational success.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning and development methodologies and incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs as appropriate.
· Collaborate with external training providers, consultants, and vendors to leverage external expertise and resources when needed.
· Develop and maintain training budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to management.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to training and development activities.
