• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on laws and regulations affecting the fashion retail industry including e-commerce.
• Composing official letters and correspondence on behalf of the company.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Providing legal guidance on marketing campaigns, promotions, and other advertising activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and support business objectives.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Line Manager or BOD

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a Legal Executive role in retail or e-commerce businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of law related to e-commerce, legal compliance, risk management, and contract law.
