Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Supply Chain Coordinator will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient supply chain operations and cost control.

Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Liaise with overseas suppliers to receive, verify, and confirm documentation.
• Maintain accurate purchase contract records through data updates and tracking.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and agents for local charge payments, free time management, delivery order processing, empty container returns, and repair charge.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders for customs declaration, phytosanitary certifications, delivery scheduling, and service cost management.
• Partner with warehouse and planning teams to align delivery plans.
• Manage demurrage costs, additional charges, and related services.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on supply chain performance.

Qualification, Competencies Requirements:

• Education: Graduated from University in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages (English)or related field
• Experience: Experienced in Import/Export or related in logistics field or in international business is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of international business principles, including customs regulations, Incoterms, transportation insurance, international payments, and foreign trade.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Gen Z candidates residing in Dong Nai province is preferred.

Working conditionals:

• Work hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mons to Fris) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Sats)
• Working place: B11 Tien Nga Warehouse, Tan Cang hamlet, Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province
