YOUR JOBS

Logistics Planning and Coordination:

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans, including transportation, routing, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with transportation carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Supplier Management:

• Evaluate and select logistics service providers based on performance metrics and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any quality or service issues.

Cost Optimization:

• Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as optimizing routes or consolidating shipments.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing logistics processes.
• Leverage technology, such as ERP systems, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Identify and implement industry best practices to optimize the supply chain.

Warehouse Coordination:

• Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate quantities, quality, and timely delivery.
• Verify and validate product information before shipment.
• Resolve any issues related to inventory or order fulfillment.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo experience preferable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
