Ø Supervise the daily work of the Solution Transfer staff (ST) to ensure the effective operation of the department.

Ø Compile reports on solution transfer activities and related reports as requested by the Head of Marketing.

Ø Track all inventory data, sales data, and debt of employees.

Ø Responsible for the authenticity of this data and information when provided internally and to relevant departments.

Ø Drafting proposals, programs, and promotional policies when requested.

Ø Implement promotional programs from the Marketing department to related departments.

Ø Monitor, calculate and implement procedures for paying prizes of promotion program to customers.

Ø Draft, register and be responsible for reporting to the Department of Industry and Trade promotional programs of the Marketing department.

Ø Follow up data income, process and analyze data to evaluate KPIs for Solutions Transfer Team.

Ø Connect and coordinate with the Sales team on related data when necessary.

Ø Work with Supply Chain Department to plan expected sales by product and month.

          Education and Knowledge : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields

        Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills

        Foreign language: English

        Abilities:

        Proficient in office information technology: Word, Excel, PPT,...

        Proficient with data management systems and analytics.

Experience: Take on the position of Administrator, Receptionist, Assistant, Secretary or related role.
