Marketing Manager:

• Manage and develop brands to go along with business goal
• Create and implement annual marketing plans & brand identification and positioning
• Carry out and enhance marketing activities, as well as enter new markets through efficient marketing communication initiatives.
• Manage marketing budget to maintain healthy sales growth in order to meet the target goal
• Oversee the marketing team; Ensure efficient operation, collaborate closely with other connected departments

Marketing Staff:

• Implement the recommended digital platform service strategy as outlined in the company's business plan.
• Formulate a marketing plan and assess the performance of the digital channel's growth.
• Devise a plan for managing users of the Digital Channel.
• Explore emerging technology trends and propose ideas for developing the company's digital platform, products, and services.
• Establish and revise protocols and regulations relating to digital transformation.
• Keep the manager informed about the digital marketing strategy plan for each period and compose reports outlining the impact

• Graduated from University, prefer major in Marketing
• Have 2-3 years of experience in equivalent positions in FMCG/Food fields
• Good at English
