A. General purpose of the position: Mục đích chung của vị trí này:

Pantry Staff: Help the Ward Manager in any mise en place (preparations) for food distributions. Supply the most efficient services to the wards & cafeteria of the FV Hospital.

- Meals service to different Hospital area and according to established policies, rules and etiquette

- Introduce to patient the daily menu and answer question regarding food preparation.

- Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen

- Garnishes and decorates dishes, and support cookers in some food preparations.

- Observe breakfast/lunch/diner to be able to respond to any request

- Dish up for wards/cafeteria

- Carries trays from kitchen to Patient room and carries dirty dishes to kitchen

- Make sure that food is supply on time to ward

- Washing cookery, cutlery and glasses used for the service at breakfast, lunch and dinner

- Set up tray as per guideline and FVH standard

- Insure with Ward Manager & chef that the service will be ready on time.

- Must support every request made by Pantry supervisor regarding their position.

1.     Qualification/ Trình độ chuyên môn:   High school graduated or have a training certificate related to the hotel /restaurant field.

3.     Skills and knowledge/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

-   Can communicate in English.

-    Knowledge of service, and cleaning is requested

-    Will be able to serve with efficiencies, avoiding dirt and bad service. Report to the Ward Manager & chef at any time concerning meal service

-    Will be also able to assist with any services related to patient wards
