● Write Ads copy, setup of all campaigns, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Tiktok…; assess against goals (CPP, ROAS, CPC,...) and continuosly optimize campaigns

● Stay up-to-date with trends and test variations of ads to determine the best performing to grow Revenue

● Manage and optimize Ad Revenue, analyze the market and keep informed of key trends and best practices to implement

● Propose improvements and new ways to Product teams on how to better integrate ad formats

● Use market/ product research to get ideas for in house products

● Find ideas, stay up-to-date with trends, translate product ideas into detailed requirements and follow up with design team, in charge of product development

●      BA/BS or equivalent working experience. Graduation from IT faculty is preferable

●      Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook or Google AdWords ) with minimum 1 year of experience

●      Have experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.

●      Good at English and communication

●      Keen eye for design

●      Mathematic and Analysis ability is a plus

●      Ability to do basic graphic design work is a plus

●      Detailed-oriented and organized

●      Enjoys learning new things; ambitous to grow in the industry

●      Male candidate is prefereable

Working information:

●      Working time: 8: hours per day, from Monday to Friday - 1 and half hour for Lunch break
