- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the brand’s visibility, reputation, and credibility.
- Foster relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders to secure positive press coverage.
- Plan, orient, and review content composed by copywriter including Press Release, PR Article, Social Media posts, Website content.
- Manage the development and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Track and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts and report on key metrics.
- Implement crisis management strategies to cope with spotaneous crisis with Customer Service Dept, Legal & Compliance Dept & Risk Team
2. KOL Management & Partnerships
- Identify and build up relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors that align with the company’s target audience.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support brand objectives, ensuring the authenticity and reach of partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with KOLsto ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track the performance and ROI of KOL campaigns, provide reports and insights to optimize future collaborations.
3. Collaborative communication
- Seek for sponsorship opportunity and maximize sponsor rights for the company
- Implement PR and Marketing events.
- Support CSR/GR communication activities.
