Key Procurement Tasks
- Receiving purchase request from functions, analyze request & demand (specification, technical standards, quality requirement, quantity…) and sourcing the suitable vendors.
- Negotiating with vendors to obtain the best deal and performing cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Prepare procurement plan: purchase request, required specification, supplier quality, lead-time, etc.
- Closely follow up the procurement process including request for quotations, negotiate with suppliers, recommend best offers (in terms of incoterms, price, quality, service, and cost), contract signature, purchase order, etc.
- Proactively liaising between suppliers/vendors and technical personnel to ensure the specification of goods and the supply timely.
- Ensuring procurement compliance: customs regulation, law….
Key Logistic Tasks
- Order tracking & logistics management: forwarder booking, import logistics, customs clearance.
- Checking shipping documents (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, CO, etc)
- Coordinate with outsourced Forwarders to handle customs clearance process for imported goods.
- Coordinate delivery schedule to the company.
Support admin tasks for procurement team such as :
· Maintain and update the contract tracker regularly. Ensure that all documents such as contract, PO, vendor checklist… are saved correctly.
· Follow up PO & Contract Sign and Stamp, follow up on the documents sent out and received by the vendor
· Others tasks assign by Procurement Manager….
