• Responsible to manage and oversees procurement activities from sourcing to negotiating to reviewing PO to vendors
• Lead a team of purchasers
• Receive purchase requisitions for purchased items and manages approval process​
• Source and Review supplier’s quotation / terms and conditions, negotiate contractions and monitor the quality of service provided
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with local / overseas suppliers
• Ensure all procurement processes are performed in accordance to company’s policies and procedures
• Perform supplier re-evaluation periodically and ensure all required information, documentation; such as ISO Certificate, mill certificate are provided by suppliers
• Perform regular benchmarks, sourcing activities to ensure a continuous cost control
• Monitor and renew running contracts
• Monitor in-house inventory (Consumables) and sufficiently replenished to meet outlets' demands
• Maintain and update approved supplier list
• Knowledgeable in handling Shipping documents, incoming shipment clearance will a plus
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in Marine & Offshore industry
• Proficient in Microsoft office Applications
• Proficient in English
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organize.
• Able to work Overtime
