I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● You’re the leader of the product development project.

● Collaborate with Sales and market team to research and analyze market/ competitor/ customer needs to define Y4A product requirement.

● Build the complete specifications including all product’s description & requirement (sketch, measurement, color, material, quality standard, function …) by collaborating with QA, Design, Supply chain & suppliers.

● Delivering & explaining the specifications to suppliers for sample making then make sure samples making is on time for bulk production.

● Sample checking to match with Specification and sample validation for mass production.

● Follow up sample sending from China to Vietnam.

● Send specification to Vendor to launch quotation with vendor, receive quotation, analyze and negotiate price.

● Collaborate with QA team to ensure quality of mass production

II.  SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

●       Have at least 3 years working in Product Development in Global company, prefer engineering knowledge in factories.

●       Must have: Technical know-how in foam, rubber, injection, molding

●       Good in technical know-how, ability to analyze product’s conception. Good understanding of reality in manufacturing.

●       Well-organized, project management skills. Strong teamwork skills.

●       Possess good critical thinking & problem-solving skill

●       Strong in communication both verbal and writing, listening and explaining. Good in English to work with overseas suppliers.

●       Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding levels.

●       High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

●       “Going the extra mile” spirit, you always want to reach beyond your limit.

●       Ability to travel domestically.
