1. Main tasks
Research, create, and launch new products and update current products
- Research and analyse current products, customers’ needs, trends of tourism products, competitors’ websites and products
- Develop new products in Vietnam (GIT / SIC / Series and FIT), thematic tour program (family tours, honeymoon tours, etc.), multi-country and combination tours
- Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to conduct regular product evaluations (in-the-field inspections and reviews of feedback) to review current products
Support and report the information to the Product Manager
- Support the Product Manager in providing training for the Operation, Sales, and Marketing Department on new products and updated products
- Inform and suggest the creation of new products to the Product Manager
- Inform and suggest updates or remove current products based on an analysis of quality control reports and report this to the Product Manager
Support the Sales Department
- Give sales staff advice when they have special requests and difficult requests from clients
- Support the sales staff with tools for selling products more effectively (training about unique selling points of products)
Coordinate with the Operation Department on tour itineraries
- Coordinate with the Operation Department to build and verify the logistic of tours, products and programs
- Recommend the alternative tour options when needed
- Coordinate with tour guides and tour operators to create the most suitable itinerary proposed to clients
Support the Marketing Department with a B2B website
- Update all the factsheets and provide pictures for new products and send them to the Marketing Department to upload on the B2B website
