I. Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall brand management, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and execute brand campaigns.
- Develop and implement communication strategies across various channels (online and offline).
- Drive e-commerce growth by optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online shopping experience and monitor e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan, organize, and execute the annual Pocari Sweat Run event. Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, participant registration, and race-day operations.
- Manage brand-related operations, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Continuously monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Stay up to date with customer needs, market trends, and industry changes.
- Review customer feedback, analytics, and conduct surveys or interviews to identify business opportunities.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
