Main responsibilities
· Responsible for implementation and monitoring of quality, safety, health, and environment strategies in line with the Sodexo’s commitment to continuous improvement and aligns with Client’s requirements.
· Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of all Company Business Management System Approvals (ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO 45001/BRC…) and legal compliance.
· Conduct Quality and Safety Audits requirements and report findings to Management
· Write and update as necessary Quality System Procedures and Work Instructions.
· Manage the Company's Non-conformance Reporting (NCR) System and ensure that root causes are identified, and robust corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence
· Complete Contract Review activities with respect to Quality Assurance, Pest control and Security requirements and ensure all customer expectations are properly addressed
· Conduct on-site routine reviews to check on the quality of the vendor team and ensure Company's SOP and Protocol are followed thru' by pest control technicians.
· Carry out risk assessments and periodic safety checks
· Train and instruct employees and onsite vendors on labor safety regulations and permit to work
· Conducts the investigation, as appropriate, of all significant accidents or incidents within the site.
· Prepare a monthly report for Country HSE Manager, Regional HSE Manager for Strategic Accounts and relating to safety activities for site.
· Provides regular communications and feedback to management team regarding Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the General Services Manager
