- To plan, recruit, and develop a qualified workforce to align with the Company’s business plan.
- To explore effective recruitment channels, advertise, screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates for user’s departments by specified criteria.
- To follow up recruitment procedures to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
- To prepare management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
- To improve industrial relations through the organization of employee activities and programs.
- Searches workforce market.
- Working with a headhunter to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Making recommendations to HR managers and hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Staying current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
