Patient Assessment and Care:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate overall health and suitability for regenerative treatments.

- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and specialists.

- Administer and monitor regenerative therapies, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Treatment Administration:

- Prepare and administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Assist in performing regenerative procedures such as stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and other - advanced treatments.

- Monitor patients during and after procedures, providing immediate care and interventions as necessary.

Patient Education and Support:

- Educate patients and their families about regenerative treatments, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.

- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients undergoing treatments, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

- Guide patients through lifestyle modifications and preventive measures to enhance longevity and overall well-being.

Clinical Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, treatments, progress notes, and follow-up care.

- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in documentation and reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, facilitating a positive and supportive clinic environment.

- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education sessions to stay updated on advancements in regenerative medicine.

Quality Improvement and Safety:

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

- Follow and promote infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

- Report and document adverse events, incidents, and near misses, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

1. Educational Qualifications

- Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must hold a valid RN license from Department of Health in Vietnam.

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN): Required for the center’s standards.

2. Professional Experience

- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with preference given to those with experience in genetics, oncology, pediatrics, ect.

3. Skills and Competencies

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Should be able to communicate with patients in English.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

- Research Skills: Ability to keep updated knowledge and apply it to customer care.
