Objective:
The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to ensure stakeholders have accurate, timely, and meaningful information. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and excellent communication skills.

1. Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

2. Reporting and Visualization:
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data effectively.

- Create ad-hoc reports in response to management requests.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reports and dashboards.
3. Process Improve and Efficiency
- Work with cross-functional team to develop scripts or processes to automate data extraction, reporting, and visualization.
