- Manage and operate all activities of the Telesale Business Department
- Assign, train, monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates to ensure the completion of assigned work plans;
- Develop processes related to the internal operations of the Telesale Business Department to organize good and effective operations
- Propose business development ideas, provide optimal solutions and implement the company's business goals;
- Participate in developing scenarios and improving processes in systems to increase productivity and sales efficiency
- Monitor Call Center quality, evaluate consulting quality and propose appropriate improvement directions.
- Perform other tasks assigned and authorized by the Board of Directors.
