Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and General Management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong background in digital marketing who can be Marketing Manager in the next 3 - 5 years. This role requires a self-driven individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. The position offers a competitive and negotiable salary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities such as content writing, managing company website, social channels and other digital platforms.

• Follow up clients and prepare of sales-related documents, such as quotations, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and contracts

• Prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for CEO

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external service providers, departments, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on assigned tasks.

• Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• 27-35 years old.

• At least 2 years experience in online Marketing.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Efficient English language skills in both speaking and writing.

• Demonstrated traits of being careful, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bonus points for applicants who have studied abroad, at international universities, or attended one of the top 4 universities in Vietnam.
