1. CAPEX deployment
• Deploy all approved CAPEX in terms of purchasing, delivering, allocation, and tracking
2. Draught & Cooler
• Do the detailed deployment/allocation plan at RSM & ASM level and keep tracking the deployment
· Track VPO, Distribution, Active outlet, Drop size for Draught Outlet
· Work with Supplier & Draught Sup to deliver Cooler Trouble Shooting
3. Sales Asset Tracking (SAT)
· Own our process of SAT and train for Sales team new members, and Warehouse members
· Coordinate with the Dragon team and Sales team to make SAT system running and track 100% successful transaction of Asset
· Stock-count and support audit phase 2 times/year for the whole commercial team
· Work with procurement and Supplier to scan the new product/ tool to adapt to Commercial team requirement
· Facilitate relevant asset request management and order purchasing
4. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
