1. Fully study and master Europe information and prices.
2. Monitor the changes of Europe resources, regularly update to the sales team.
3. Support sales activities, such as providing biding materials (example: destination presentations), assisting in quotations, operations, complaint dealing, etc.
4. Develop and implement improvements to products, service delivery and process efficiency and quality.
5. Promote Europe traveling program in Vietnam, observe the local market trend of going travel in the Eupore and provide insights to the management.

1. English: Must be fluent.
*Italian/French/Spanish/Chinese: Proficiency in any of these languages is preferred
2. Passion and commitment in the travel industry
3. Good knowledge about EU destinations, deep interest in Europe and USA culture and travel
4. Professional and friendly manners in E-mail writing, phone calling, and in-person interactions.
5. Teamworking, problem-solving, target navigating mindset
6. Studied traveling, hospitality, sales, or related majors or experiences.
