1. Program development

- Create/revise working procedures and academic materials.

- Work with training leader to create/revise teaching and training materials.

- Conduct needs analysis, synthesize and assess teaching contents based on collected data to give suggestions to develop ESS programs under the direction of AM/VAM.

2. Recruitment & training

- Work with recruitment team to recruit AOs, teachers and TAs/coteachers, and interns.

- Work with training team to train AOs, teachers, TAs/co-teachers, and interns.

3. Academic Operations

- Supervise the academic operations of up to 25 schools.

- Manage up to 15 junior members.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth academic operation in the assigned location.

4. Data control

- Have extensive knowledge of assigned locations.

5. Quality control

- Be responsible for the performance of all Aos in charge.

- Work with the observation team to conduct official observations to maintain teaching quality and evaluate teaching performance.

- Hold meetings with related parties when necessary

6. Learning quality control

- Organize and coordinate periodical tests effectively.

- Organize academic and supporting activities (District Level).

7. Others

- Lead projects and perform other tasks as assigned by AM/VAM.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English/ESL or educational field;

• IELTS 6.5 or equivalent;

• Having at least 3 years working as an AO;

• Having at least 3 years of teaching experience;

• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision making, leadership and planning skills;

• Ability to use software, devices, and equipment;

• Comprehend fully all of the academic processes;

• Good Understanding of all E-Study programmes and materials;

• Being flexible to solve problems within 24 business hours;

• Ability to conduct supportive/official teacher observations;

• Leading at least 1 intradepartmental project and supporting another 2-3 projects;

• Working as teacher/TA when required;
