POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis, developing sophisticated BI reports and dashboards, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of data from various sources, including sales, marketing, and customer behavior, to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic initiative
- Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive and visually appealing dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, to provide deeper insights into business performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from different departments (e.g., marketing, sales, technology) to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data by implementing and maintaining data quality and governance standards
- Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering their development and enhancing the overall analytical capability of the team
