We are looking for an additional Senior E-commerce Operation teammate to create a strong, not afraid of challenges PH team, and together to promote company's brand to the top of the region! You will be responsible for the e-commerce operation business, from event planning, influencer cooperation, advertising marketing, platform cooperation, to finally achieve excellent results. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimizing efficiency, and driving profitable growth.

Your duties will be:

• Responsible for the e-commerce operation business, including operation of TikTok’s shop and corporate with KOLs;
• Assist in team management and drive the team to complete tasks and achieve goals.

1. In Vietnam:

• Location: MB Bank Tower, 353-355 An Duong Vuong St, Ward 03, District 5, HCM City;
• Working days: Mon - Fri (2 Sat in month);
• Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (break time 1.5h).

2. In Philippines:

• Location: Tektite Tower, Exchange Rd, San Antonio, Pasig City, Metro Manila;
• Working days: Mon - Sat (Sat: work from home);
• Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (break time 1h).

• 3 years of experience in paid advertising or integrated digital marketing or e-commerce business operations, or TikTok operations, with outstanding experience and results in business operations;
• Analytical and creative, metric-oriented, but able to come up with creative problem solutions, and not afraid to try new ideas;
• Excellent learning ability, able to quickly acquire knowledge and skills in new areas;
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and PowerPoint;
• Team player: A collaborative personality with the ability to thrive in a highly cross;
• Good stress tolerance and unafraid of challenges;
• Strong goal orientation and responsible for results;
• Excellent in English (4 skills).
