Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for design and manage effectively sales consulting models / processes on single channel/ Omni to meet the maximum needs of customers and optimize banking performance according to selected CVP by following activities:
- Build a Omni sales strategy (selling model)
- Design /improve selling consulting models/processes for each customer segment / sub-segment aligning with banking business strategies and goals
- Manage and governance effectively and identify problems while implementing designed / improved models / processes

- Well understand Omni sales channel and be able to apply in designing, setting up, implementation, and managing business models / processes.

Design / improve selling consulting models/processes for each customer segment / sub-segment aligning with banking business strategies and goals :
1. Design / improve selling consulting models/processes:
- Design / improve selling consulting models/processes for each customer segment / sub-segment aligning with banking business strategies and goals
- Design process of receiving and managing customer leave
- Design selling process in Omni channel/ single channel to get Business targets.
- Design selling process for sales team in each segmentation according to approved selling and service model.
- Make proposals to relevant departments to synchronize the adjustment of sales model / process with supportive tools / policies, etc.. (such as business programs, GCM feature development, reporting system, KPIs policy setting, etc..) to ensure operation, and performance tracking.
2. Governing effectively and identify problems while implementing designed / improved models / processes (before handover to BAU)
- Manage effectively input and output indicators of selling consulting models / processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales Efficiency Management and Business Productivity, Regional Business Development, etc..) identify problems arising from data (reported data; observation, customer interviewing, sales force, etc..) for in time and effective solutions
- Coordinate with stakeholders for effective communication, implement directions, support to respond to questions related to model / process designs.
3. Coordinate with DO in developing digital channels for individual customers, offer requests and relevant information for the DO to develop and implement digital channel effectively.
- Set development requirements for the DO to ensure a seamless customer experience at all bank interaction points.
- Coordinate with the DO to increase awareness of customers, channels, units, and consulting forces on the developed features in digital channel
