Compensation & Benefits:
In charge the C&B of all staff including but not limited to Payroll & other allowances, compulsory Insurances, PIT, employee attendance record and leaves … consistent with the company policies and Vietnam laws.
Policies & procedures:
Update and review existing HR policies and procedures to ensure it aligned with the company’s culture, strategy, objectives, standards, and comply with the laws.
Recruitment:
To liaise with department heads and plan for the manpower requirements of the company.
To propose the recruitment solutions.
Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interviewer, participate in interviewing candidates to fill vacant positions.
Employment process:
Manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees.
Update & maintain employee data.
Training:
To prepare the yearly general training plan & budget.
To organize the training courses using internal (SP Setia/HQ) and external resources in accordance with business needs.
Company events:
Plan and organize company meetings and events (such as Team building, Annual dinner, Staff birthday…)
Other assignments:
Assist and perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
