· Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and design, to ensure that marketing strategies align with the overall business goals of Citics.
· Assist in training other marketing team members to improve skills and work efficiency. Stay updated on new trends in digital marketing and the real estate industry to propose and implement innovative solutions.
