Our company is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail.

Responsible for sample and order execution with different vendors. Assist the supervisor for the day to day execution and operations in line to achieve KPIs

Key Competences and Experience:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including new product design development, and operations to ensure successful execution of plans

Ability to organize and priorities effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Ability to make commercially astute decisions

Excellent communication skills

Enthusiastic team player with a hands-on approach

Technical knowledge of outdoor furniture or Home Decor product desirable is must required.

Advanced English.

Bachelor’s degree in English or Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in buying/trading office or manufacturer.

Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent data handling and analytical skills within office 365
