Complete paperwork including MAP updates, HF & SI data collection, CRO profile updates, ect.
Conduct Social Compliance audits and consulting visit as necessary to Haddad supply chain on Labor management and HSE management
Report the critical and serious issues in a timely and accurate manner
Follow up factory remediation process to ensure all MAP issues are properly addressed
Assist and train factories continuously improve Social Compliance capability and performance
Manage factory on-going licensor audit schedules
Special projects as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor Degree (prefer Law, Compliance fields)
Have experience in working at textile garment factory with HR or compliance position at least 1+year
Strong Degree or above
Excellent in English- Both speaking and writing
Able to travel frequently
High teamwork spirit, strong interpersonal skills, good integrity
