JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Collaborate with PO, BA to understand project objectives, BRD, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the application.
• Manage and delegate tasks to team members.
• Review test cases for team members.
• Execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate the software‘s performance and reliability.
• Perform manual and automation testing to generate and send test reports to development team, team leader.
• Follow up for issue verification and bug resolution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in Mobile App/ Web App Testing.
• 2+ years of experience in leadership.
• Experienced in implementing/ maintaining automation test scripts. Develop/ improve existing automation framework.
• Good communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with the developer and an eye for detail.
• Good knowledge of databases.
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good at time management, well organized and detail-oriented.
•  Experience in Agile Scrum environment is big plus.
• Experience in Automation Test is big plus.
