Skills for Energy management

 1. Bachelors' degree or higher in Electrical/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related field.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in directly connected to energy management, preferably in a large and complex organization.

 3. Demonstrated leadership, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.

4.Strong passion for sustainability issues and trends, and the ability to translate them into business opportunities and solutions.

5. Must be comfortable to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

7. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

8. Fluency in English.

Skills for "Sustainability reporting"

1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Sustainability Management, Finance, Business, Accounting or Data Analytics).

2. At least 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in sustainability data management, audit or reporting in a corporate setting, sustainability consulting or sustainability NGOs.

3. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in providing data analytics and data quality verification and management.

 4. Experience with data analytics and reporting software.

5. Understanding of the global sustainability landscape, including different stakeholders and their interests, reporting and transparency trends and evolving legislation.

6. Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards including GHG, ISSB, SRD, CDP, TCFD, and UN Global Compact among others would be a plus.

 7. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
