A Visual Merchandiser works closely with Brands to implement brand visual merchandising strategy and maintain stores image nationwide: assist and coordinate all activities of visual merchandising for all stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
A Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning and building displays that maximize impact on a day-to-day basis, to increase sales, get the customer’s attention and to provide excellent in-store experiences.
- Coordinate and update monthly reports to Visual Manager from Brands.
- Define, design, and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the stores.
- Sharing monthly VM guidelines & coaching in-store VM ambassadors. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Installing and setting up window displays, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose.
- Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Liaise with suppliers and source elements, VM props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
- Monitoring costs and working within budget.
- Collect feedback from sales teams and customers on the visual impact of displays and of the changes implemented.
- Responsible for VM display in all events, store opening and other company activities both in-outside the store.
- Maintain VM standard at each store and perform the refreshments every week.
- Effectively manage generic VM tools and ensure their reuse for sustainable purposes.
- Manage video content at stores and ensure the updated video is on according to Brand guideline and schedule.
