Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our Client team, a prominent Japanese pharmaceutical company. The Tender Specialist will be responsible for preparing and managing tender documents and ensuring the company’s compliance with all tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

· Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.

· Monitor tender opportunities and maintain a comprehensive database of upcoming tenders.

· Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to devise competitive bidding strategies.

· Ensure that all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities related to tender opportunities.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics; additional qualifications in medical knowledge preferred.

·         Relevant experience in tender management or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred.

·         Strong organizational and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in English is an advantage.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
