I. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing utility usage, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems, while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.
II. MAIN DUTIES
1. Machine Operation
- Operational utility processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure utility systems such as electricity, water, gas, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, for the production process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate utility systems into production processes.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Implement preventative maintenance programs for utility systems.
- Develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving utility system issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of utility systems.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Ensure that utility systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for utility system operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices where possible.
4. Managerial/Non Managerial
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of utility systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership to a team of utility engineers and technicians.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
III. Work Relationship
* Production:
- Ensure utility systems for production processes smoothly and minimizing downtime.
- Communicate operational updates, changes, and expectations to team members.
* Purchasing:
- Provide spare part of utility equipment, spare parts & Utility source.
* External
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure that facilities, processes, and procedures are in compliance with HSE standards.

IV. BENEFITS
- Working hours: in shift (3-Shift) from Monday to Friday (Shift 1: 07:00 – 15:00; Shift 2: 15:00 – 23:00; Shift 3: 23:00 – 07:00)
- Work at Factory Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
- Annual leaves: 15 days per year.
- Sick leaves: 4 days per year.
- Covid leaves: no limited.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Related field
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in Utility machine
- Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
- Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally
- Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power points)
- Able to speak English (writing, reading)
