(TVP) is a joint-venture of investors from Japan and Vietnam including: Kyoei Steel Ltd., Vung Tau Shipping And Services Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Steel Corporation , Tatsumi Shokai Co., Ltd. and Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation For Transport & Urban Development). 

Officially operated from 2018, TVP is a deep-water general port that can accommodate many kinds of cargos with total capacity up to 3 million tons/ year.
